Our main policy is to ensure your time at Villa Serena is a unique and memorable experience. We are a destination, adult oriented non-smoking location. Villa Serena welcomes payment by VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, Debit Card in addition to Canadian and US currency or travellers's cheques.

Our Cancellation Policy is: A full refund if you let us know within 7 days of your reservation date. A one day charge if you let us know less than 7 days of your reservation date. If you cancel within 24 hours, sorry, but there is no refund.

Check-in/Check-out Times: Times noted below, but we are flexible to our guest's needs. Check-in: 4.00 pm | Check-out: 11.00 am - noon.

Pets: Travelling with your best friend? We love pets but are unable to accommodate pets in our suites as many guests have allergies. We've arranged with a local pet-friendly kennel to house your pet in a safe and happy environment.
